Love the Mizuno Wave series, but will go back to Wave Rider and I would advise against buying these shoes. On the plus side, they are comfortable and a reasonably good fit. But, they have one big disadvantage. They have these weird little pockets on the sole that are just the perfect size for gravel and small rocks to get wedged in, and it is really hard to get them out. It sounds weird, but if you ever run on gravel or srushed limestone type surfaces, it's a big problem. Mizuno makes some great running shoes, but this isn't one of them.

This is my second set of the Wave Nirvana's, and they are still great running shoes. You can take them out of the box put them on and run a half marathon no sweat. Highly recommended especially for pronated runners.

My husband always wears Mizuno running shoes specially this Nirvana. He's been wearing same mizuno for three more pairs. Of curse the shipping took almost a week even though I was in Korea. That was very very fast shipping.
