I would recomend this product to people who are serious about high jump. I rated it a 4 star because of the spikes that came with the shoes, because there not regulation size.

I have been buying asics high jump shoes for 6 years now, and I love them. They are amazingly well built shoes that last multiple seasons (My last pair, the Beijing style, lasted for 3 or 4 years). However, this pair is almost too sturdy, I just recently got a bruise on the side of my plant foot because the shoe doesn't have very much give to it. Looks great
