I have worn New Balance 992s for years and they are now discontinued so I made the switch to 993s. It has been a very pleasant and useful experience for me. I need a shoe with the ultimate in stability because of a disasterous ankle injury I sustained many years ago parachuting. I would be practically immobilised if it weren't for the quality and performance of the New Balance 992s & 993s. Thank you New Balance for building such a well designed shoe here in the USA.

These are great shoes, I highly recommend them to anyone! I'm on my second pair of them, and I've had shin splints with other shoes, and no issues with these shoes!

Great sneakers. Love them. I got the 4E size, which fit me great. Not many sneakers come in 4E. I use them for running. The soles are a bit hard. Good for wear. Maybe not the best for running as there isn't as much cushioning. But I still am very pleased. I love the design too. No strange colors or weird patterns. Dark blue and gray. Cool. The cost is steep, ($149) but the sneakers are really well made. So it's worth the investment. But I wouldn't complain if they lowered the price some. Will be buying a second pair. Highly recommended! (ps and I got the sneakers really quick in a few days and that was by standard shipping.)
